Letter of Support from University Health Network

Computing for Humanity, formerly known as Cancer Computer received a letter of support from Igor Jurisica, Phd, DrSc with the Krembil Research Institute at the University Health Network (UHN).

We've been a proud supporter of UHN's World Community Grid project, Mapping Cancer Markers, since March 2017 - and are the number 1 organization in Canada supporting this research! This project aims to comprehensively and systematically discover clinically useful markers to aid early cancer detection, identification of of high-risk patients, and prediction of treatment response. To date, the project has explored over 7.5 trillion potential lung-cancer signatures, and over 90 billion ovarian-cancer signatures. We're proud to help UHN's cancer researchers.
